Bladder leaks · Urgency · After baby · Prostate · Intimate health

Bladder leaks are common. They are not something you have to accept.

Support for bladder control, pelvic floor weakness, postpartum recovery, prostate-related concerns, and intimate health — for women and men. Our newest technology strengthens the deep pelvic floor muscles that are difficult to effectively contract on your own, with a treatment that is completely non-invasive: you remain fully clothed and simply sit comfortably in the chair.

We see this every day

  • Bladder leaks when laughing, coughing, sneezing, or exercising
  • Urinary urgency and frequent trips to the bathroom
  • Pelvic floor weakness after childbirth
  • Changes associated with aging, menopause, or prostate concerns
  • Core weakness and reduced intimate wellness

How we treat it

Pelvic Floor Chair Therapy uses High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology to cause repeated pelvic floor muscle contractions — strengthening and retraining the muscles that support the bladder, pelvic organs, and core.

There are no needles, internal probes, surgery, or anesthesia, and no required downtime. Because strengthening takes time, a series of sessions is typically recommended to progressively build and retrain the pelvic floor muscles.

FAQ

Do I have to undress for treatment?

No. Treatment is completely non-invasive — you remain fully clothed and simply sit comfortably in the chair during your session. There are no needles, internal probes, surgery, or anesthesia.

Is this only for women?

No. Pelvic floor strengthening can benefit women after childbirth or during changes associated with aging and menopause, as well as men experiencing pelvic floor weakness or bladder-control concerns.

How many sessions will I need?

Because strengthening takes time, a series of sessions is typically recommended to progressively build and retrain the pelvic floor muscles. Dr. Caldero will recommend a plan based on your evaluation.
